March in St Petersburg is set to open the business calendar for Russia’s pet industry. From 3 to 5 March 2026, the Expoforum venue will host the 7th International ZooIndustry exhibition, positioned as the first major sector event of the year. The programme includes the BIG GROOMING BOSS all-Russian conference, the North-West Veterinary Congress, a dedicated breeders’ track and a business matchmaking centre, bringing together manufacturers, pet shop owners, veterinary doctors and industry experts in one place.
Zooinform will be one of the event’s featured participants. At the media company’s stand, visitors will be able to pick up the latest industry magazines and books, arrange subscriptions, discuss promotion opportunities and learn about Zooinform’s new analytical services. The stand is expected to serve as a networking point for professionals who want to stay on top of market developments and grow their businesses through high-quality industry content.
A key draw for many visitors will be sessions led by Alexander Kolchin, a business trainer and Zooinform’s Content Director, scheduled for 3 and 4 March. Kolchin says he will present a review of the past year and share a short outlook for 2026, focusing on where businesses can find revenue opportunities in the current environment. His first talk is set for 3 March at 11:00 in Hall F200 in the press-centre area. A second session on 4 March at 11:30 in the same location will look at consumer behaviour and product trends for 2026–2030, examining how shifting buyer expectations and new product directions could reshape the market in the coming years.
For the industry, exhibition is positioned not only as a trade show, but as a reunion — a place to reconnect with colleagues and partners in person. Organisers and participants describe it as a chance to meet everyone who is actively building and developing businesses in the pet-care sector, and Zooinform says it is looking forward to welcoming visitors in St Petersburg.
